Jim Cullen, Progressive Populist editor, America’s Work Force Radio and talked about President Trump’s bluffs about building the wall between the United States and Mexico.
Cullen joined AWF on Dec. 14 and examined President Trump’s claim about building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. Ultimately, Cullen feels Trump’s wall will not be built for a variety of reasons, including the meeting with incoming House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Shumur (D-NY), which he called a political stunt. Cullen said he does not expect Mexico to pay for the wall, noting there could be land and property issues if a wall was built. In addition to the wall, Cullen spoke about the possibility Trump will be impeached, including how he believes it could happen.
Mary Jane Trapp, 11th District Court of Appeals Judge elect appeared on America’s Work Force Radio and discussed a defamation case. She explained the difference between physical injuries and injuries to one’s reputation. Judge-elect Trapp talked about Embassy Healthcare, a necessities statute case and a ruling by the Ohio Supreme Court in the case of Cincinnati Reds v. Bobblehead, where the Reds argued promotional giveways should be tax exempt.
