Cleveland-based freelance writer Annie Zaleski joined America’s Work Force Radio to remember her late friend and colleague, Nikki Delamotte, who was killed in November.
On Nov. 22, Zaleski said she felt humbled to have worked with Delamotte on several articles and praised her work. Zaleski described Delamotte as a Cleveland Treasure and hopes people will remember Delamotte as a hardworking, fact-finding writer, who always wrote interesting articles.
Bill Samuel, AFL-CIO Director of Government Affairs, appeared on America’s Work Force Radio and discussed the upcoming lame duck session of Congress, the Affordable Care Act, social security and tax cuts. He believes Democrats, who reclaimed the majority in the House, will be in no mood to compromise on big issues.
AWF host Ed “Flash” Ferenc gives his condolences to the Delamotte family for the tragic loss of their daughter and beloved Cleveland journalist.
