Our second guest was Dr.Betty Keller, from the Vermont Physicians for a National Health Program(VT-PNHP), and she talked about Vermont’s effort to establish a Single-Payer System!

On the broadcast today we had Jeff Stoffer, Editor of The American Legion Magazine, and talked about some of the stories in the February issue, including congress adjusting what Military Retirees get when they retire, and adding another face to Mt Rushmore! Our second guest was Al Mixon, with Teamsters Local 507, and he talked about Collective Bargaining and putting clauses in contracts that protect the workers when a company gets bought out or relocates…

On the radio broadcast today we had Dan Troy, Lake County Commissioner, and he talked about his plans to seek re-election, working with the City of Mentor on addressing Flooding Issues, and interacting with ODOT on the I-90 problems in Eastern Lake County! Our second guest was Ed Wytkind, President of the Transportation Trades Department of the AFL-CIO, and he talked about what he’s hoping to hear from Obama’s State of The Union Address in regards to funding the Transportation systems, Minimum Wage, and creating more Middle-Class jobs!
